International travel is subject to the volatility of local governance, civil unrest, and changing security landscapes. Pathways & Perspectives strongly encourages all Canadian residents to monitor the Official Government of Canada Travel Advisories for their destination. We are not responsible for any incidents, losses, or injuries resulting from geopolitical shifts or security breaches in the host country.

3. Operational and Third-Party Risks

Pathways & Perspectives is a publisher, not an operator. The travel experiences described are provided by third-party entities. These operators reserve the right to modify itineraries, change accommodation standards, or cancel departures due to operational requirements or "force majeure" events (such as natural disasters or pandemics). We are not liable for any financial loss or disappointment resulting from these operational changes.

4. Financial and Booking Risk

Travel represents a significant financial investment. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed directly with the operator. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance. Furthermore, please be aware that the financial stability of travel operators is beyond our control, and we recommend booking through established agencies with local consumer protection (such as TICO in Ontario).
